I am from Long Island, New York and graduated from Gordon College in May 2009. I began to feel called to go into youth ministry back in high school, so I pursued a degree in Youth Ministries. God has done a lot of cool things in my life and has allowed me to work at some God-honoring churches along the way. I am very excited to be part of what McLean is doing in the DC area. I am the Campus Director of The Gathering at George Mason University, which will allow me to invest my time reaching the collegiate generation with the message of Jesus Christ. I know God has great plans for The Gathering at George Mason and I am excited to be serving alongside the student and volunteers leaders!

Two important things in my life are Jesus Christ and film, and it is my dream to incorporate both into one career. I’m blessed to be the Video Production Assistant for the Creative Arts Ministry, where we produce videos for the morning services at McLean Bible Church. I was born and raised in Omaha, Neb., but I have spent a short amount of time during college in central Colorado, Hollywood, and Oklahoma City, so it’s a new adventure to live out East where the states are small(er), the trees are many, and people call hills “mountains.” I graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in broadcast journalism; however, my true passion is film. And Jesus, of course. Every day I am thankful for the opportunity the Lord has given me to do what I love–and I love what I’m doing!

Alabama to DC was a big move for me! I graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) with a degree in international marketing and a concentration in Spanish. Now I have the pleasure of serving with Kids Quest at the Loudoun campus. I help minister to elementary school children by engaging them in God’s Word, worship, and by creating community.I am overjoyed to see volunteers step up to serve the Kingdom by leading elementary small groups and help raise a generation up for Christ. Being able to see the family dynamics, how the Lord uses children in His plan, and how much “children [truly] are a gift of the Lord” (Psalms 127:3b) has really helped me draw closer to God. I am excited to be on board here at MBC and am looking forward to an intense year of growth, fellowship, and joy.

As a staff member for Frontline Ministry Teams, I oversee all of the outreach and spiritual development efforts for Frontline Tysons. I was raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, and earned degrees in Political Science and Public Communication from American University.God gave me a passion for serving others from a young age, and that passion still drives me today. My desire is to engage, encourage, equip, and empower individual followers of Christ to live lifestyles of Christ-like service and evangelism. “But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus – the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God” (Acts 20:24).

I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with the Rock student ministries at MBC’s Loudoun campus. God is doing amazing things with the high school and middle school students here, and each day I do my best to serve them and strengthen their walk with the Lord. I’m passionate about sports, especially soccer, and look to use this in tandem with the gospel to spread the good news about Christ to people.I just graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s in broadcast journalism, and I’m a Maryland native. If you were to ask me two years ago where I would be working, ministry definitely wouldn’t have been my answer, but God has a way of redirecting lives in ways never imagined. That’s why his thoughts are higher mine, and his ways are beyond anything I can imagine.

In 2005 I moved from Colorado to DC in order to attend American University. While at school, I was very involved in Frontline’s college ministry, The Gathering, and I graduated in 2009 with a degree in Anthropology. I’m most interested in learning how the body of Christ can show God’s heart for people in combination with the message of salvation through supporting the spiritual and physical needs of a community. Over the next year, I will be working with the staff of Frontline in an effort to build a church body and reach people in the Silver Spring area with the gospel of Jesus Christ. I’ll be developing our IntenCITY trips and helping to plan ministry outreaches. Along with that, I will be leading a women’s small group Bible study, helping with communication efforts, and finding volunteers to serve in our Refugee Ministry. I’m looking forward to learning more about servant leadership while I am here. How exciting it will be to see how God moves and works in our lives during this year!

Originally from the DC/Maryland area, my family and I moved when I was very young and I did most of my growing up in Savannah, Georgia. I found Christ at an early age and also developed a strong love for music and pursuing it to some capacity one day. I ended up attending Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia in the fall of 2005 and decided I wanted to pursue music, but my motives were originally in the wrong place. I ended up declaring my major in Worship and Music Ministry, and even though I had no desire whatsoever to work in a church, through different circumstances the Lord placed the love that He has for the local church inside my own heart. I graduated in the spring of 2009 and am anticipating what the Lord does this next year after leading me to serve at McLean!

I’ve grown up all over the world because my pop was in the air force but I spent the past eight years of my life here in NOVA. I recently graduated from George Mason University with a degree in music. This year, I will be the director of the Gathering at the University of Maryland. I am so excited to have been given a role in this church that allows me to invest so much time into college students. I will be investing into the lives of the students at UMD, helping guide the student leaders at the Gathering UMD, and hopefully be able to take part in an explosion of UMD students deciding the become devoted followers of Jesus Christ. I can’t wait to see how God stretches and grows me through FLP and through the Gathering!!

I am a southern gal from Winston-Salem, North Carolina and just recently graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Kinesiology (exercise sciences). I am so ecstatic to be a part of the Future Leaders Program! I am working with Frontline Arlington, a community campus of McLean Bible Church where we reach young adults in the area for Christ. I cannot wait to see how God is going to work throughout this year and see the lives that He changes. Joining this program was a leap of faith and a big step out of my comfort zone, but God has given me such a peace about it. I know He is going to do incredible things that I could not even imagine. My desire is to genuinely serve others and to know Christ in a more intimate way. I am truly blessed to have this opportunity to work with an amazing body of Christ.
