I worked with the Future Leaders Program to equip and develop young leaders who possess a call to full time ministry. I also worked with the Director of Leadership and Staff Development in planning and implementing staff programs that aid in motivating and equipping the staff on how to be more effective leaders and servants in their specific areas of ministry.
I graduated from American University in May 2008 with a B.A in International Development. I was born in Washington, DC but was raised in Lagos, Nigeria. A planner at heart, joining the Future Leaders Program was not on my checklist, but it is an opportunity that I am certain God has led me to. This program has broken my heart to surrender every part of my life to God’s sovereign will and plan. Every day I am amazed by the incredible leaders that take the time to pour into me and encourage me, with the hope that I may also pour into others. Most of all, I am encouraged by the attention the program places on our personal spiritual development.

I originally hail from Washington State and I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Percussion and Music Education. I’ve always felt the call to enter full-time ministry and after spending a year teaching public school, God made it very apparent that he was ready for me to follow that calling with Frontline. I have the privilege of working with some incredibly talented people in Frontline creative arts. Together, we facilitate the Frontline service and strive to find creative ways to engage people in worship. I also get to work with and train musicians and sound production teams in many different areas including The Gathering. I am primarily responsible for overseeing the creative elements of the Arlington and Silver Spring campuses.

I was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and raised in the DC Metropolitan Area. I recently graduated from American University with a degree in Business Management. The love of my life is Christ. I used to think the Bible was contradictory and that there were many paths to truth. Jesus has rushed into my life, changed me and fulfilled me in ways that words cannot express. My prayer is that everyone would get to know Him. My passion is sharing His truth and love with others. Besides that, I am in artist at heart. I’ve studied martial arts since the age of six and more recently studied Southern Shaolin Kung Fu, winning the Kung Fu Wushu International championship in 2004. I also have had the privilege of being a full time actor and model on an international scale. I also write music and creative writing. But the most exciting part of my life is where God has taken me this past year. As a Future Leader I worked directly for Tysons Campus pastor, Dr. Joe Henriques and learned more about what it means to love God with all your heart, mind and strength.

As a Future Leader I worked with the Communications department at MBC. The Future Leaders Program was absolutely amazing! Prior to the program, I spent four years in Washington, DC at American University, where I graduated with a degree in Public Communication. I gave my life to Christ my sophomore year of college, and it’s been incredible to see the ways God has acted in my life in such a short time.

I have the awesome privilege of being the Outreach Director at the Frontline Arlington Campus. Our team rocks! I have the pleasure of assisting 20-30 year olds strengthen their relationships with God through worship, small groups, ministry teams and missions. I went to the University of Maryland (FEAR THE TURTLE!) and graduated this past May with a B.A. in Economics. I am humbled every day when I think about this opportunity that God has given me.
