Application Process Instructions

The Future Leaders Program lasts one year, beginning in July of each year, and is a full-time responsibility. You receive compensation, benefits, and housing during the year of the program. Qualified candidates should generally be under the age of 25 and recent graduates of college or seminary. All candidates should also have significant ministry experience prior to applying.

We are now accepting applications for the Class of 2013.

All applications must be complete and submitted by February 25, 2012 to be considered for the Class of 2013. Please also include your Resume, 2 letters of Recommendation (one spiritual, one professional/academic), and a current photo of yourself.

The dates for the preview weekend for the Class of 2013 are March 23-5, 2012. Each candidate will be notified of our final decisions in mid-April.
