About the Program
What is the Future Leaders Program?
The McLean Bible Church Future Leaders Program is a year long intensive development program designed to help young leaders reach their full ministry potential.
Through a combination of hands-on experience, classroom instruction, peer feedback, small group interaction, structured mentorship, and self-reflection you will gain the training and personal spiritual development necessary for a lifetime of fruitful service in a specific area of ministry. Most of your time will be spent doing real work, for a real ministry, making a real impact.
In addition to the training, you will also spend time learning about the core values, ministries and culture of Frontline and McLean Bible Church, developing leadership skills with other Future Leaders, and developing practical application of fundamental ministry principles in a shared learning environment.
The Future Leaders Program lasts one year, beginning in July of each year, and is a full-time responsibility. You receive compensation, benefits, and housing during the year of the program. Qualified candidates should generally be under the age of 25 and recent graduates of college or seminary. All candidates should also have significant ministry experience prior to applying.
