Recently Lauren Allgood, the wonderful person who runs the Future Leaders Program, went on a short-term missions trip with several other ministry staff leaders to Rwanda. The purpose of the trip was to be able to train and equip pastors in Rwanda as part of the five-year partnership McLean Bible Church and Frontline have with World Relief. If you know Lauren, you know she has a passion for missions and the world, and it was great to hear her talk about her experiences.

What is really exciting is that in February the Future Leaders will be traveling with Lauren back to Rwanda for two weeks as part of our own short-term trip.
