Almost all the current Future Leaders graduated college last May. That means that this September we’re experiencing something that we haven’t experienced in a very long time: not having to go back to school after the summer!

Honestly, most of us have been too busy to notice, but for some of us “Back to School” means that our ministries are about to look a bit different…

Allan’s got The Gathering going strong over at George Mason University (over 120 students yesterday!).

Meanwhile, we have Chris.

Chris works for The ROCK, the student ministry at McLean Bible Church. Looking to turn a bad thing (teachers and books and papers) into a good thing, The ROCK organized the “Back to School” night as a kickoff to the fall Wednesday meetings.

One of the fun twists to the night was that prior to the event students voted to have each ROCK staff member dress up as a certain person from school. Chris ended up as the Art Teacher.

We think he looks very…sophisticated.
