Within your year of the Future Leaders Program, you will be given incredible ministry experience and great responsibility within the church. Your assigned ministry area will look to you as a leader for ideas, support, planning, and implementing the impact of others’ lives. The skills acquired from your year will be beneficial for the rest of your life in whatever you find yourself doing for the Lord.
The impact the Future Leaders Program will have on your personal life is unlike any other. There is an emphasis on relational community, investing in others, sharing the Gospel with anyone you come in contact with, and learning more about the mission of the Church. Unlike many other leadership development programs, the impact is not only focused on your own spiritual growth, but the growth of those in your area of ministry.
The Future Leaders Program is an amazing experience.
The skills and experience you'll gain will benefit you for the rest of your life!

Verse of the Week
The words of Nehemiah the son of Hacaliah. Now it happened in the month of Chislev, in the twentieth year, as I was in Susa the citadel, 2 that Hanani, one of my brothers, came with certain men from Judah. And I asked them concerning the Jews who escaped, who had survived the exile, and concerning Jerusalem. 3 And they said to me, “The remnant there in the province who had survived the exile is in great trouble and shame. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates are destroyed by fire.”4As soon as I heard these words I sat down and wept and mourned for days, and I continued fasting and praying before the God of heaven.” Nehemiah 1:1-4
